They lure you with money.

By far the worst company with the worst management that I have experienced in 12 years of my career. The worst 3 months.. They talk big..look big..but is as hollow as an empty bucket in terms of innovation, growth and employee treatment. Bangalore Management is extremely poor. Especially their senior manager - Abhilash Verghese and people close to him like Devendra Bhargava, Niladri Sekhar and a few others who have a sort of syndicate.. they do not allow new employees to learn..participate or even explore areas of interest. They are a group of little unsecured girls in the body of men. Fossils in the company.. Have no clue where their careers are going.. Where power automate is the most important tool for automation, one can understand their knowledge. The reputation of Accenture 10 years back is lost completely in the hands of these incapable, unskillful and insecure individuals who cannot allow talent . They fear loosing their positions in the hands of new talents.. Even a grocery store treats employees better. I can't recall a single day that I did not have to work for more than 12-13 hours.. work life balance is a myth in Accenture. Note - I joined as a team lead with 10 years of experience.. i was not a fresher that I would not understand the immense office politics that goes on in Bangalore.
