The learning and skill development opportunities are excellent .People are helpful and encouraging, and it's mostly work-from-home , which is really nice.

Dislikes

The Appraisal was disappointing due to challenges with management, and the night allowance is very less. Additionally, there's no allowance provided if work extends till 3 am or 4am , even though it's outside standard shift hours. There is noticeable mismanagement at lower levels.
