A good variety of projects (from large-scale implementations to tailored architecture advisory) with different, international clients and technologies. Nice people make a good team. Top management / partners are approachable and willing to help. Working hours and location flexibility. Plenty of opportunity to growth and leave your mark, suggests improvements and share ideas.

Dislikes

Sometimes deadlines and workload can make the day-to-day challenging, but that's the consulting world. Managing/working with a fully remote team might be hard at times.

I originally joined here as a contractor, but the culture, the learning opportunity, and the respect I received made it easy to be a full-time employee. I have had a great experience so far working at AbsoluteLabs. One of the standout aspects is the growth opportunities - there's always something new to learn, and I've had the chance to work on diverse and impactful projects that align with my skills and aspirations. The work culture is positive and encourage ownership, making it a fulfilling and satisfying place to work.

Dislikes

Being a fully remote role, there's limited opportunity for personal interactions and bonding with colleagues. While collaboration is almost smooth, I do miss the informal office connections.
