It was a wonderful journey for me. A very good place to start your career with. There is absolutely no discrimination between experienced and fresher. Worked in this company for around 18 Months and the experience That I got was commendable and I don't think any other organisation would provide a work environment and this much niche technology learning anyway near to what this company does. I have seen a lot of ups and down in this company even I was struggling under my initial days and feeling a lot of pressure due to my bad concepts but 1 thing I learnt from here is that : if you are really passionate about the technology then this is one of the best place to work with (literally lots of opportunities to learn and grow with a very good remuneration and bonuses) but if you are just looking for a 9-6 job without caring about your skills and responsibilities then this might not be a place for you. Thanks for your feedback. How can an IT company be a 7 days working as you said? Agreed, there are instances where the additional support may be required from the team based on the project's priority but in such circumstances company first request the employee if they can and also do well compensate more them about that extra working days. If you haven't seen that it simply means you are not a legitimate ex-employee of 75way. Being honest is the best policy and people who are honest do not afraid of dis-closing their identity. The only good thing about being here is that you will get to learn, and their package is relatively good compared to other small startups in tricity.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance here, the owners are narcissists. They hold their meeting in their offices where there are no enough chairs to sit for the team and then you have to stand for the hours, they do it intentionally, they dont use their meeting room. They will ask you to sign the bond and then treat you like servant of the company. I have never seen or heard this much toxicity anywhere

Thanks for your feedback. But it would have been really good if you would have write some genuine feedback that helps people to know actual figure. What can we say about your identity when you don't even know this company operates Mon-Fri where as you mentioned Mon-Sat. Anyway, not sure why you putting false figure here and what you are getting from it but the truth is the cabin itself has enough empty chairs to sit including a set of sofa too (Just for your memory refresh if you have really worked with 75way). Anyway, still we will take this positively and do the necessary actions. Thanks for your time.
