The only good thing about being here is that you will get to learn, and their package is relatively good compared to other small startups in tricity.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance here, the owners are narcissists. They hold their meeting in their offices where there are no enough chairs to sit for the team and then you have to stand for the hours, they do it intentionally, they dont use their meeting room. They will ask you to sign the bond and then treat you like servant of the company. I have never seen or heard this much toxicity anywhere

Worst Organization. The owner LOKESH BANSAL is a pathetic jerk who consider himself to be the IT guru and master of all technologies. He keeps on pressurising new comers and doesn't allow seniors to help the newcomers and boast about his existing employees knowledge in front of new joinees and threatens to release the newcomers.
