I have seen a lot of ups and down in this company even I was struggling under my initial days and feeling a lot of pressure due to my bad concepts but 1 thing I learnt from here is that : if you are really passionate about the technology then this is one of the best place to work with (literally lots of opportunities to learn and grow with a very good remuneration and bonuses) but if you are just looking for a 9-6 job without caring about your skills and responsibilities then this might not be a place for you. - Transparency - More and more learning opportunities with latest technologies - High salary - Good bonuses for extra efforts - Entertainment for employees - Always on time salary on 07th or even a day before in my whole 3 years of career - No extra deduction other then PF and TDS - Very good new infrastructure in Mohali - Mon- Fri working (5 days) - HR manager is very very cooperative and friendly - Fun loving management sometimes feels like home - Keeps improving themselves as no one is perfect - Lots of things to learn if you are really willing...Read More

Dislikes

They keeps telling the employees about the area of improvement which is really good for me at least. But I have seen a lot of my colleagues who were taking this negatively as they don’t want to hear about their mistakes and area of improvement.
