Thanks for your feedback. How can an IT company be a 7 days working as you said? Agreed, there are instances where the additional support may be required from the team based on the project's priority but in such circumstances company first request the employee if they can and also do well compensate more them about that extra working days. If you haven't seen that it simply means you are not a legitimate ex-employee of 75way. Being honest is the best policy and people who are honest do not afraid of dis-closing their identity.
