This is a contact centre for FHPL insurance TPA, they deduct salaries for all employees, unable to handle process, unprofessional manners, unsatisfactory work, too much call flow because it is a medical insurance for corporate companies executive, delay in process from backend, due to this escalation and concequense facing by agents. Ops manager is not supportive.

Salary issues deduction Improper handling Holidays can't get approved Management is not transparent Can't expect good from this company At last people will leave for their pathetic services.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a good cafeteria and good food available. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give hike and bonus every year.

Nothing at all. Haven't even seen manager till now, really doubt whether they have an office atleast. HR will not pickup calls, no reply to messages. No MSTeams access, and they say since deployed to Client location we dont get collaborative tool accesses. No clarity at all on any process or management news. No induction. When askedon mail, the Business DevManager dropped an email stating -"Contact Mr.A for Finance, Mr.B for Admin, Mrs.C for HR functions." Induction Done. Finally by Dec 2025 heard from our respective Clients that 3i Infotech is closing off KSA business unit, that too due to failure to comply with tax and such implications. And we all (50+ KSA employees) luckily got our jobs continued with other vendors. No helps from management or contact points. Such a worst company. Don't even think to join any unit apart from India....Read More

After training they conduct the test in kotak be more app , there were many glitches in the app. Instead of blaming a team who came as a supervisor they prefer to make 10 people to resign and no clearance,not conduct mock calling ,in the job, calling was important they should make the decision on behalf of calling quality but without any reason after 35 days they make us to resign it was my first job and had a very bad experience...Read More

After Working for 35 days top management people forced 10 people out of 15 people batch. There is glitch in Kotak Securities assessment which made us forced to resign. Don't join this company.
