No doubt, the HR was kind and helpful.

Tons of points to dislike or hate this company. First of all, HRs do not mention the policy of the company while recruiting. An employee gets informed about A-Z on the very first day when TL asks you to read the guidelines. Secondly, let me tell me clearly that your privacy would be at stake because there is a clause in this company which tells that images will be captured by the bot or the system anytime. Additionally, no one should be sitting with the employee including the family members. It clearly indicates that a person who lives in a joint family should not join this company. After joining this, I got to know about all these. Although it did not sound good as anything related to my privacy could be happened but I compromised as it was permanently WFH. One day, I got an email at 7pm where it was mentioned that you have been terminated with immediate effect. It was a shocking news for me obviously. I immediately called the trainer as I was not aware of the reason. She told me after getting a confirmation that I was using a whatsapp in my laptop where I was having a word with my friends regarding jobs. Moreover, it has been captured that you have already been added in some job updates group. I was infuriated to know that how can a company track anyone personal data, how dare they???? Who has given them a right to track employee's personal data. It was just a normal training day. I have worked with MNCs as well but they were very professional unlike this so called 31 west. They claim that they provide international process but still they ask you to complete 8hrs 15 mins as login hrs. Break would be of 45 mins only. Moreover, they provide 1 day Week off.
