I like the company joining part which is amazing fun and learning at the time of joining to enhance the knowledge and sharp your skills.

Dislikes

One thing I dislike about the company rules that if customer get upset with someone else mistake we have to apologise for that and work load every six months there is too much pressure of the customer and other side managers and TL pin you to get good scores from your side if you get 99 %, no they need 100% every time supervisor scolding you..

Excellent, I am very much interested to take chats and solve the customer queries, while doing this I myself get satisfaction feel proud I have help someone in presence of job. Overall good experience worked with 24.7ai.

This has been a great opportunity for me, I love this company and work, they make it simple and easy for you and they review your work, give feedback's, tell you how to improve, help you in every aspect everything is pretty great at this company in case of work.

Dislikes

Graveyard shifts have no allowances, I really didn't like that. I had to sacrifice all of my sleep and yet get the same amount. This is very dissapointing for all my colleague's and me we've discussed to ask or raise a request on this but it was not so successful.
