Wouldn't recommend for anyone

Dislikes

Worked for 4+ years. The management does not really appreciate or respect it's folk for the efforts and time given. I've worked for all 7 days here and wasn't even paid for working on offs and weekends. Absolute no work-life balance. No growth. Promotions/appraisals are considered only when you are a manager's heir. Would not recommend anyone to join in here especially to the recruitment team.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
