Nothing much. I liked everything however if there is something to mention, I would point out the Salary package. However they do conduct Over Time which is an Added Benefit.

No salary delay and good place for freshers

Dislikes

No work life balance, very odd shift timings eg 1:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 5 days work from office. Favoritism and specific gender preference. Supervisors do not let you apply for your own leave but swap it with your weekly offs and end up working 9-10 days straight for the next week off.

Management in AT&T is very bad, they don't value the performers, people who are close to the management are lucky ones.. People who perform continuously but are not close with management have no value.. Coffee machines are worst and only 2 biscuits brands which feels super cheap. No choice to choose the sugar content in coffee or hot brewages. Need coffe?? Get sugar along with it. However for higher authorities they have separate floor with all good coffee and tea bags with quality snacks. Old and uncomfortable chairs with dust on chairs sometimes and even on keyboard and mouses. Most systems don't have proper screws placed in or with damaged system handles. Employees struggle with finding working headsets and even sometimes fully functional keyboard and mouse. No mouse pads provided and no camera works inside so anyone can steal your mouse pads and get away with it. Medical claim is a joke. Never claimed as the person only will not be there the time we go. Poor working culture, dey literally pile up even single minute & create complete 9hrs shift asking us to compensate the loss of time. They conduct fun Fridays & ask us to compensate that fun time by staying back after shift, use to take snaps of employees having fun at office but never disclosed that they're working extra time to compensate the fun time they had.

I love the culture and work life balance. I had a great experience working at 247.ai. I have learned a lot and helped me to accelerate my carrier. I suggest young graduates and freshers to join 247.ai to get good knowledge and communication skills. It will really help you to grow from scratch. The trainers are professional and has a keen vision to help employees never seen in any organization.
