1. Toxic work culture - Scolding people with abusive words on floor is normalised. Clients will have all rights on you, they can scold you too and the entire management won't ask a single question as it is going to be a loss of business for them. Encouraging untouchability on floor and no one asks a shit about it. 2. Worst work lifebalance - well no matter how efficient you work still the expectation will be to extend and work. If you come early you must not leave early have to sit until your boss leaves. 3. Worst salary structure - 15th is the salary date, each month there will be some deduction which you won't notice. If noticed again by sending back to back emails you'll get it. 4. No appraisal - No matter how many team you take care in a good way you won't be eligible for a hike. They'll ask you to leave it you ask for it. 5. Politics at its worse- I know politics is something which you can see everywhere here it is too worse. You might be ignored in some critical conversation even though you handle the team. You can't raise a complaint on your immediate boss if he does any mistakes. 6. Skill development - You'll have an enhanced skill of destroying people's mental health as it will not be considered in this organisation. Alternate year appraisals. Increment is less than 5-7% across all locations and departments. Pathetic infrastructure. Zero employee centric policies. No respect for its employees at any levels. Management is only focused on earning money but has its hands n fists tightly held if they have to spend on employees. Toxic culture and environment. Systems are from 80s era and mostly has downtime half the times. Training is not paid in full but with only peanut stipend. Highest deductions in salary in the industry. Charges agents for headphones in their salary and have kept variable pay for entry level so company can save more money buy reducing inhand since Average tenure of an employee at entry level is 2-3 months while senior level is less than a 11 months as everyone understands how pathetic this company is and management is such old school people who actually have no interest in moving ahead with new times.
