Key Responsibilities:
Publisher Development & Alliances:
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new digital publishers to our platform.
- Support the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing publisher partners.
- Conduct outreach to potential publishers, showcasing the benefits of partnering with us.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with publishers and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Account Management:
- Help manage and nurture publisher accounts, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
- Provide ongoing support to publishers, addressing their questions and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Analyze publisher performance data and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing publishers.
Strategic Growth Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the marketing department to contribute ideas and strategies for publisher acquisition and network growth.
- Research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and presentations.
Lead Generation & Nurturing:
- Identify and qualify potential publisher leads through various channels (e.g., online research, networking, industry events).
- Nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up, building relationships and showcasing our value proposition.
Monetization Strategy & Optimization:
- Assist in coordinating with publishers on their monetization strategies, including ad placements, content planning, and revenue optimization techniques.
- Provide guidance and support to publishers on best practices for maximizing their earnings on our platform.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising and monetization.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong desire to learn about the digital advertising and monetization landscape.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising concepts is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business engagements.
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms related to digital advertising.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or sales.
- Familiarity with online advertising platforms and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Experience with CRM software
