We cater to businesses, digital marketers, advertising agencies, digital publishers, cloud providers, and technology companies.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership and Development :

- Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and robust technical solutions across all layers of application development.

- Handle APIs, application logic, performance, reliability, persistence, tests, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Set the technical direction for the team, including technology stack, tools, and infrastructure.

Architecture and Design :

- Communicate and document architecture effectively.

- Ensure well-architected and designed solutions aligned with organizational goals.

- Oversee multiple scrum teams and guide the design of parallel features.

Team Management :

- Lead and mentor architects and engineers to ensure skill and career growth.

- Oversee development coding standards and ensure adherence to security and high-availability standards.

- Foster a collaborative and energetic team environment.

Code Quality and Project Oversight :

- Monitor the quality of code through reviews and processes.

- Manage and optimize multiple modules simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Corporate Representation :

- Represent the organization professionally and uphold the company's Code of Ethics.

- Actively participate in leadership meetings to ensure organizational success.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong Expertise in Java and Spring Frameworks :

- Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Restful/SOAP APIs.

- Experience with High-Performance Systems :

- Java profiling, performance engineering, and multithreaded web applications.

Additional Technical Knowledge (Optional but Preferred) : GoLang, Kafka, and experience with high-traffic web projects.

Linux Commands : Familiarity with basic Linux commands for debugging and system management.

Methodologies and Tools :

- Agile/Scrum development experience.

- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and processes.

Soft Skills :

- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle pressure and diplomatically resolve conflicts.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience managing multiple modules or projects simultaneously.

- Exposure to modern development practices such as microservices architecture.

- Strong academic background in computer science or related fields
