Java Technical Lead - Spring Frameworks (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Experience : 5+ Years.

Location : Chennai.

Notice : Immediate to 30 Days.

Responsibilities :

- Good communication & presentation skills

- Understand the architecture

- Ability to develop as per technical specs and design documents

- Provide guidance on language, technology specifications and Code Optimization

- Should be strong in design concepts, design patterns, software architecture

- Development of critical components and reusable component

- Bridge the gap between the architect and development team

- Ability to lead the team technically

- Ability to resolve the issues and guide the team

- Ability to develop, build, deploy

- Perform peer review of code within the team

- Ability to think and conceptualize and/or implement ideas of process automation

- Follow the standard practices and procedures

- Should have experience in working on Agile methodology

- Demonstrate ownership on the project assigned

- Manage Offshore/Onshore interaction and stakeholder communication as per the business

needs

- Update all documentation with task details and provide regular updates to team

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of software solutions using Java technologies.

- Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

- Strong expertise in Java programming, including Java SE and Java EE.

- Experience with Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.) and other related frameworks.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native development.

- Proficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databases (e., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Experience with build and CI/CD tools (e., Maven, Jenkins, Docker).

- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
