-Handling Technical Support forall our solutions such Web-Email Hosting (cPanel Plesk Control Panels),Domain Name Registrations, etc
-Provide prompt support viatickets, live chat or on Call.
-Troubleshooting a variety oftechnical issues customers are having with their plans andservices.
-Perform miscellaneous duties asassigned.

- Bachelors in BSc IT, ComputerScience, Engineer
-Proven experience in a technicalsupport or customer service role, preferably with experience in web hosting,domain registration, or related fields.
-Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with a focus on clear and effective interaction with customers.
-Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
-Collaborative attitude with awillingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
-Proven experience in a technicalsupport or customer service role, preferably with experience in web hosting,domain registration, or related fields.
-Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with a focus on clear and effective interaction with customers.
