What you will do:
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
-Identify, target, and acquire small and large businesses for digital marketing, branding, and performance campaigns.
-Leverage existing relationships with clients in Mumbai to drive revenue growth and establish long-term partnerships.
-Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the companyobjectives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
-Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.

Account Management:
-Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, seamless service delivery, and satisfaction.
-Strategize for client retention and increased share of wallet across digital marketing services.

Market Strategy & Networking:
-Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
-Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in Mumbaibusiness ecosystem, including SMBand Corporates.
-Represent Zkraft at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Performance Marketing & Campaign Expertise:
-Understand performance marketing strategies, including paid campaigns (CPC, CPA, CPL), branding, media planning and SEO.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet client KPIs and deliver exceptional ROI.


Requirements
-Experience & Industry Knowledge.
-612 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales within an advertising or digital marketing agency.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, including performance campaigns, SEO, branding, and media planning.
-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers.
-Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
-Strong network of clients and decision-makers in Mumbai.
-Existing connections with brands, SMEs, and corporate clients are a significant advantage.
