Role & responsibilities
- Basic knowledge in hosting a website
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Good communication skills ( English , Hindi )
- Address users' tickets regarding , software, and networking.
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they solved a technical issue.
- The primary responsibility of L1 support is to handle basic queries and resolve straightforward issues.
- These could include password resets, software installations and general troubleshooting.
