Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer with expertise in Windows-based Kiosk SAAS software to join our team.
This position will require you to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues for our customers.
You will provide technical support via phone, email, and online chat. You must also be able to work well under pressure, as well as prioritize tasks and manage customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software issues for our customers.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware issues for our customers.
Assist customers with installation and configuration of Kiosk SAAS software.
Provide technical support via phone, email and online chat.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Create and maintain support documentation.
Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
Monitor and document customer feedback. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
3+ years of experience with Windows-based Kiosk add windows operating system expertise
SAAS software.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work under pressure and manage customer expectations.
