Office Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Office Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for office staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up, configure, and maintain office computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and system upgrades.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, office applications, and network connectivity.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of office IT systems and escalate issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office applications (MS Office, etc.).
• Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi setup).
• Experience in providing technical support for desktop and laptop systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve system-related problems quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or office technical support.
