Role & responsibilities
Job Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to troubleshoot laptop issues, perform routine maintenance, and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
1. Key Responsibilities:
1. Laptop Support: Troubleshoot and resolve laptop hardware and software issues.
2. Laptop Maintenance: Perform routine laptop maintenance, including updates, backups, and virus scans.
3. Admin Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing reimbursement sheets, expense sheets, and other important company documents.
4. IT Asset Management: Manage IT assets, including laptops, peripherals, and software licenses.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of laptop support requests, resolutions, and asset management.
2. Requirements:
1. Education: IT Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
2. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in IT support, preferably in a laptop support role.
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficient in laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Familiarity with IT service management best practices.
4. Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
