Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead Java with expertise in Spring Framework, team management, and client communication.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, driving technical excellence, and collaborating closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust Java applications using the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and manage project timelines.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring clear and effective exchange of information.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster technical growth and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Technical Expertise :
- Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies.
- Extensive experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
Team Management :
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Client Communication :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
- Experience in requirement gathering, presenting technical solutions, and managing expectations.
