Job Roles :

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and design.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software solutions

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable Java-based applications.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment.

- Ensure adherence to architectural standards and technical governance.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.

- Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and frameworks.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Skills needed :

- Proven experience as a Java Developer with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and web services.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Database & Tools :

- Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
