What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve performance marketing sales targets and grow the customer base within the designated region.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring effective performance management, coaching, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the region through networking, market research, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their performance marketing needs and provide customized solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media buying, creative, and analytics, to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members and clients to monitor progress, review results, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Negotiate and close high-value business deals, securing favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in performance marketing to offer innovative solutions to clients and gain a competitive edge.
- Monitor regional market dynamics, including competitor activities, to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present regional sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in performance marketing or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, channels, and metrics (CPA, CPL, CPD, CPS, ROAS, etc.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and market trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets at a regional level.
