What you will do:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base for performance marketing services.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their performance marketing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including media buying, creative, and analytics, to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase campaign results, gather feedback, and propose optimizations.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in performance marketing to provide innovative and effective solutions.
- Monitor market and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements
- 4+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the performance marketing domain.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, channels, and metrics (CPA, CPL, CPD, CPS ROAS, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
