Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to acquire new clients, expand existing accounts, and contribute to the growth of our digital marketing services. This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong network of clients and decision-makers, preferably with experience in advertising or digital marketing agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build lasting relationships, craft tailored solutions, and identify strategic opportunities to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Identify, target, and onboard small and large businesses for digital marketing services, including branding, performance campaigns, SEO, and more.
- Leverage an existing network of clients and decision-makers in Mumbai to drive revenue and establish long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
Account Management:
- Manage clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services across various verticals.
- Strategize for client retention by maintaining strong relationships and increasing share of wallet.
Market Strategy & Networking:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify and act on new opportunities.
- Represent Zkraft at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and nurture relationships with decision-makers.
- Expand Zkraft's presence across sectors such as Automotive, BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and more.
Performance Marketing & Campaign Expertise:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client campaigns meet KPIs and deliver exceptional ROI.
- Demonstrate knowledge of performance marketing strategies, including CPC, CPA, CPL, and programmatic advertising.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience & Industry Knowledge:
- 10-12 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales within an advertising or digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, including:
- Digital Strategy
- Performance campaigns
- Branding
- Media planning
- Demonstrated success in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities for marketing agencies.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to create and sustain long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Strong strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
- Network & Connections
- A robust network of CMOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders, particularly in Mumbai.
- Existing relationships with brands, SMEs, and corporate clients across verticals such as Automotive, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, and more.
