Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, alliances, and joint ventures that align with the company's business goals.
Partnership Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment of goals and mutual value creation.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage ongoing relationships with partners, addressing any issues and maximizing the value of the partnership.
Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
- Analyse competitive landscape and assess potential partnerships that could provide a competitive advantage. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure partnerships are structured correctly and are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of partnerships and alliances.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of partnerships, including performance and ROI analysis
Must Have's -
- Circa 8 years of experience into Business Development, Partnerships, Strategic Sales and Account Management role
- Successful track record of sourcing, executing, and nurturing strategic partnerships
- Experience of handling large accounts/ Strategic Accounts
- Possess exceptional people management skills
Qualification:
- MBA from a Tier 1 Institute Reporting Matrix
- Senior Vice President & Head - Partnerships & Alliances Personal Attributes
- Analytical mindset and number driven.
- Ownership
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Can carve their own path.
