Customer Care Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling by understanding customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process (US/UK).
  
• Excellent English language proficiency with strong verbal/written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
