US/Uk Voice process - WFO only @ Malad

We are seeking a individual that can handle Customer quaries or escalation with the prospect of achieving the customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls/email/chat and other quaries ,

Qualifications:

HSC / Graduates can apply

Minimum 6 months experience in U.S/U.K voice process mandatory.

Strong English spoken & written communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

5 Days working with 2 rotational offs

Any 9 hour shift in 24/7 window
