Manager - Agency Recruitment & Development (3-3 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Agency Recruitment and Development Manager to join our team in RT Nagar. The ideal candidate has a strong background in recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents, with a focus on sales growth and business expansion.







Roles And Responsibilities:

- Assemble, educate, and cultivate a top-performing group of insurance advisers and agents.

- Increase agent productivity and sales performance to propel business expansion.

- Create and carry out strategic sales programs to reach financial goals.

- Provide agents with frequent training courses, skill-building workshops, and mentoring sessions.

- Establish and preserve solid bonds with agents, clients, and other important stakeholders.

- Track and evaluate sales performance indicators, offering practical suggestions for enhancement.

- Verify adherence to industry rules, corporate policies, and moral sales techniques.

-To find prospects for business growth, conduct market research.

- Send top management updates and reports on a regular basis.

Candidate Profile:

- At least two to three years of experience in field sales, agency recruitment, or BFSI sales.

- Strong experience in sales for banks, financial services, or insurance.

- A track record of building successful sales teams via hiring, training, and development.

- Outstanding negotiating, leadership, and communication abilities.

- Strong grasp of market trends, competitor analysis, and sales tactics.

- Understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.

- Willingness to travel for business purposes within RT Nagar and the surrounding areas.
