Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager specialising in sales role hiring to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will lead the recruitment strategy for sales positions across the organization, ensuring we attract, select, and retain top talent to drive our sales initiatives. Your expertise in the sales domain and recruitment best practices will be critical in shaping our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify high-potential candidates for sales positions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles.
- Interviewing and Selection: Lead and participate in interview panels, providing guidance and best practices to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process.
- Candidate Experience: Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports on hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Employer Branding: Promote Company as an employer of choice within the sales community through outreach initiatives and engagement strategies.
Qualifications :
- Education: FULLTIME MBA MUST (preferred from premier college)
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for sales roles.
- Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and competencies required for success in sales positions.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of sales roles (e.g., account executives, sales managers, business development representatives).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
