Job Summary:
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring that the organization hires qualified employees to meet its current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles and build a network of potential candidates.
- Leverage job boards, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting to attract top talent.
- Analyse the market, salary trends and best practices of hiring
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely fulfilment
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication and providing timely feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust strategies to improve the recruitment processes.
- Monitor and improve the offer-to-joining ratio by managing candidate expectations, maintaining communication, and addressing concerns post-offer
- Develop recruitment strategies that aligns with business goals and to minimize drop-offs between offer acceptance and joining.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in with a technology company recruitment, prior experience in product company is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage mulTIple recruitment projects simultaneously.
