Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in the UK and Europe.
- With 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, the ideal candidate will be skilled in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing hiring logistics.
- This role requires an individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the recruitment market in the UK and Europe.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing candidates using various tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search).
- Excellent interview and candidate assessment skills, including the ability to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of UK and European labor laws, hiring practices, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively within a team.
Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, utilizing a variety of channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networking events. Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessments, including phone screens, video interviews, and skills tests, to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. Manage offer negotiations, including salary and benefits discussions, and ensure timely and accurate offer letters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and proactively addressing any roadblocks.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay abreast of current recruitment trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities in the UK and European markets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and competitive salary benchmarks. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Promote the company's employer value proposition to potential candidates through various channels.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant UK and European labor laws, regulations, and data privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR).
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices within the HR team. Collaborate with other HR departments, such as HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits, to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the technology, finance sector.
- Proven experience sourcing and attracting top talent in the UK and European markets. Strong proficiency in sourcing candidates using various tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search).

- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
