Qylis - Talent Acquisition Role - IT Recruitment (2-4 yrs)

Qylis, a leader in cloud data and cybersecurity services, is seeking a passionate and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad.

- The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and job specifications.

- Source and attract suitable candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and evaluate applicants' skills, experience, and job fit.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

- Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

- Maintain recruitment reports and keep track of all open positions.

- Work with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data efficiently.

Key Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of various IT technologies and job profiles.

- Experience in using job portals and social media for recruiting.
