Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements related to payroll.
Statutory and Compliance:
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee-related audits and ensure all HR practices align with legal standards.
HRMS Administration:
- Manage and optimize the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
- Generate HR analytics and reports to support decision-making.
Employee Documentation:
- Maintain and manage all employee records, contracts, and other critical documentation.
Joining and Exit Formalities:
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
- Handle exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring knowledge transfer.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee satisfaction and team morale.
- Organize team-building activities and events.
Retention and Attrition Management:
- Analyze attrition trends and develop strategies to improve retention.
- Work closely with department heads to address employee concerns proactively.
Office Administration:
- Supervise day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office infrastructure.
Qualifications And Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in HR management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms and MS Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
