Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling diverse HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and track key metrics.
Onboarding:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires.
- Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture and work environment.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary resources and support.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
- Track employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Other HR Operations:
- Manage employee benefits programs.
- Administer payroll and leave management.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS systems (SmartRecruiters) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the IT industry.
- SHRM or other HR certifications.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS and Fusion applications.
