About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering successful HCM Cloud implementations for our clients.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee 2-3 full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations from conception to go-live.

- Provide hands-on technical configuration and development expertise to ensure the successful implementation of HCM Cloud solutions.

- Collaborate with clients on-site to understand their specific requirements, translate them into technical configurations, and -provide thought leadership throughout the implementation process.

- Mentor junior HCM consultants and help them develop their technical and functional skills.

- Collaborate effectively with global clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of experience working with Oracle HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Fast Formula, Absence Management with OTL, and ORC.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing Oracle Cloud HCM functional setups.

- Strong technical configuration and development expertise.

- Experience in full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to travel on-site for client implementations.
