The Opportunity :
bTranz Software Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to join their team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Oracle SCM solutions for clients across the UAE and East Africa, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in all phases of the Oracle SCM implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support (minimum of five EBS/Fusion end-to-end implementation cycles with UAE localization experience required).
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM functional domains, including :
1. Inventory Management
2. Purchasing
3. Self-Services Procurement
4. Procurement Contract Management
5. Supplier Qualification Management
6. Sourcing
7. Supplier Portal
- Collaborate effectively with business users to understand their requirements, translate them into system configurations, and design and implement customized solutions using Oracle's best practices.
- Coordinate design, development, and testing activities to ensure project deliverables are met within budget and timeline constraints.
- Leverage expertise in Oracle's OUM methodology to streamline implementation processes.
- Provide training and support to business users throughout the implementation process.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively interact with legacy systems to ensure seamless data integration.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in Oracle SCM Applications implementation.
- Proven experience in delivering successful Oracle EBS/Fusion implementations (minimum five end-to-end cycles with UAE localization).
- Strong understanding of Oracle SCM functional domains (Inventory Management, Purchasing, Self-Services Procurement, Procurement Contract Management, Supplier Qualification Management, Sourcing, Supplier Portal).
- Experience interacting with legacy systems and building integrations.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Proven ability to design and implement customized solutions using Oracle's best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal Arabic language skills (fluency mandatory)
