Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Drive and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
- Utilize various talent acquisition channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referral programs, to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial screenings to ensure alignment with qualifications, experience, and organizational culture.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience, building a strong employer brand.
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and related systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Draft and manage offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
- Lead onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Implement and monitor HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Lead efforts to promote diversity and inclusion across the organization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on talent trends and HR best practices.
- Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, with expertise in IT recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and handle diverse HR responsibilities.
- In-depth knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
