About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dev Lead specializing in backend development with Node.js and Golang. The ideal candidate will lead backend development efforts, mentor a team of developers, and ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Node.js and Golang.

- Create and optimize APIs, microservices, and backend workflows for performance and scalability.

- Ensure the backend architecture aligns with modern development standards and best practices.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

Process Optimization :

- Implement coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, optimizing performance and scalability.

- Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and frameworks to improve development processes.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 6 to 8 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Node.js and Golang.

- Proven experience in leading and managing backend development teams.

- Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Solid understanding of backend architecture, database design, and system integration.

- Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools for backend systems.
