Lead Node.js Developer - Backend Architecture (9-11 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Node.js and AWS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in backend development using Node.js and experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Node.js.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.

-Build and manage scalable cloud-based applications on AWS.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver project requirements.

- Implement security best practices to protect applications and data.

- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application and infrastructure issues.

- Automate deployment pipelines and manage CI/CD processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong experience with backend development using Node.js.

- Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.

- Experience with serverless architecture and frameworks like Serverless Framework or AWS SAM.

- Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker.

- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).

- Hands-on experience with version control systems, especially Git.

- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
