Frontend Developer - React.js/Javascript (8-11 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in frontend development using React.js, a proven track record of leading development teams, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust frontend solutions using React.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers, to define and implement project requirements.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and usability.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in React and related technologies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with React.js.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Proficiency in state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and React Hooks.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating backend services.

- Familiarity with build tools and package managers like Webpack, npm, or Yarn.

- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
