Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct performance management, provide feedback, and manage payroll.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Design, implement, and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
- Assess training needs and ensure the implementation and monitoring of training programs.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong experience in HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in assessing and addressing training needs.
- Immediate joiners are preferred
