Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure high performance.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet client requirements across multiple sectors.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
- Sourcing & Screening: Directly manage key accounts, ensuring sourcing and screening of candidates meets client expectations.
- Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networks, to attract top talent.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and satisfaction with recruitment services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex client requirements.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) to ensure team and organizational goals are met.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Experience in a staffing firm or agency environment is mandatory.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement across various industries.
- Client Management: Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing client relationships.
- Ability to understand and anticipate client staffing needs.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, social media recruiting, and other recruitment tools.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve team performance.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's/masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Industry Knowledge:
- Previous experience working in staffing or recruitment agencies serving a variety of sectors (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance).
