Political Campaign Manager (2-3 yrs)

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Planning:

- Collaborate with departmental heads, managers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive campaign goals for the entire state.

- Analyze field visits, retrospective electoral data, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

- Conceive and implement region-specific campaign strategies for various voter segments.

Campaign Management:

- Manage and coordinate field operations and functional teams to ensure efficient campaign execution.

- Oversee campaign logistics, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Delegate tasks and empower team members to maximize their contributions.

Communication & Reporting:

- Develop compelling campaign messaging and communication strategies.

- Prepare insightful reports summarizing campaign progress, voter engagement metrics, and performance analysis.

- Deliver effective presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Leadership & Collaboration:

- Build a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters team spirit and innovation.

- Motivate and inspire campaign staff, volunteers, and supporters.

- Maintain strong relationships with key political figures and community leaders.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in political campaigns, preferably at the state-level.

- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing winning campaign strategies.

- In-depth knowledge of the political landscape and key players in Maharashtra.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Experience in team management and delegation of tasks.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Demonstrated ability to travel extensively throughout Maharashtra
