Manager & Sr Manager- International Accounting -KPO - Noida

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead a team of 75 FTEs providing management accounts, year-end accounts, corporation tax, and personal tax services to a London-based client. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive expertise in operations management, and a proven track record in client service delivery. This role demands a strategic mindset, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Provide strong leadership to the operations team, ensuring effective management of 75 FTEs across various accounting and tax services.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance skills, performance, and career growth.

Client Service Delivery:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the London-based client, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Oversee and manage the delivery of management accounts, year-end accounts, corporation tax, and personal tax services, ensuring timeliness and quality.
• Conduct monthly governance calls with the client to review performance, address concerns, and align on objectives.
• Collaborate with the client and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, including expanding the scope of services, cross-selling, or upselling complementary offerings.

Operational Excellence:

• Define, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure adherence to processes, compliance, and best practices.
• Regularly review workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing resource utilization and meeting client SLAs.

Automation and Innovation:

• Leverage expertise in automation to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement suitable tools and technologies for automating routine tasks and processes.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and maintain robust quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance in all deliverables.
• Conduct regular reviews of team performance and outputs, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to the client and senior management.
• Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and strategic planning.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks in operations and client delivery and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client-specific guidelines.
