Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet the growing needs of our company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong teams and a deep understanding of the talent market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
   
• Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. Screening & Interviewing:
   
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Evaluate candidate skills, culture fit, and potential contributions to the organization.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
   
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
4. Employer Branding:
   
• Promote the company as an employer of choice through engaging content and social media campaigns.
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to attract prospective candidates.
5. Onboarding & Documentation:
   
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in [your industry].
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
