Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial accounts in compliance with UK accounting standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and annual reports.
• Handle VAT returns, tax planning, and submission of UK tax filings (e.g., Corporation Tax).
• Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Assist with audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with external auditors.
• Work collaboratively with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing advisory support.
• Supervise junior accountants, ensuring their work meets high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on UK financial regulations and implement necessary changes in accounting practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification or similar (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, or audit.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage).
• Strong understanding of UK tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance.
