Accounts Associate

Designation: Client Associate (Accounts- R2R)

Overview of Role:

The Client Associate is responsible for Service delivery of end to end accounting & reporting. The other responsibilities are Client Management, Project Management, Process Improvements & Automations, Managing quality, System testing.

Role & responsibilities:

• Handle end to end accounting processes, finalization of accounts & Reporting.
• Perform Quality Check, investigate discrepancies and provide 3C.
• Ensure Services are delivered as per the SLA\Deadlines.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationship.
• Update the process documentation and delivery schedules to reflect the current processes.
• Guide and Assist team in resolving issues on domain or systems.
• Conduct Internal Training Programme, Cross trainings, complete training for new joiners.
• Suggest Innovations & Automations and Participate in UAT.
• Email Management - Managing day to day Emails Internally\Externally.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-5 years of experience
• B.Com
• Experience in end to end accounting processes/month end finalization, preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet. Advance Excel skills
• Experience of handling international clients
• Accounting Software Proficiency
• Candidates who have worked in BPO/KPO, ITES, Accounting Industry would be added advantage.

Job Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune (WFO)

Shift Time: 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm
